1. Q and Fitz

Anquan Boldin's "Q-Fest" charity weekend features several notable NFL stars. Boldin's Thursday golf outing, the week's kick-off event, also saw the 49ers wide receiver reunite with former Arizona Cardinals teammate Larry Fitzgerald. Boldin also invited his current head coach, Jim Harbaugh, out to the weekend in Palm Beach, Fla.

“Neat that a player asks his coach down to his tournament. Makes me feel good,” Harbaugh told 49ers.com. “He’s a pro’s pro. He’s a leader of men. He doesn’t always say a lot of things but does the action. Everybody’s smart to watch him and learn from him. He’s doing the same thing here in community.

“This is where he grew up. This is where he has his roots. This is where he had his favorite coach, his favorite teacher, his childhood friends, his family. This is the area he chooses to support, to give back and make a difference – that’s what fires him.”

>> Boldin's golf swing is pretty impressive.

The San Francisco Giants celebrated Candlestick Park Thursday night. The Giants also invited current and former members of the 49ers to take part in the festivities. Former Giants manager Roger Craig and Giants infielder Shawon Dunston represented San Francisco's baseball team in the first pitch ceremony. For the football side, former 49ers linebacker Keena Turner tossed a football to former 49ers tight end Brent Jones.

"It was a little windy tonight, so it was a little bit like catching a knuckleball," Jones said via MLB.com. "I just wanted to make sure I didn’t drop it, but it was special being out here and seeing some of my childhood heroes."

3. Mock City

Mock draft season is still in full effect. We released our fourth "49ers Mock Draft Tracker" and the findings are very similar. Several top draft pundits have the 49ers choosing either a wide receiver or a cornerback.

USC wide receiver Marqise Lee is a popular choice. "Why his stock is falling is a mystery," wrote Pete Prisco of CBS Sports. "The 49ers need weapons."

4. Around the League

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced they've signed Pro Bowl center Alex Mack to an offer sheet. Now, the Cleveland Browns must decide if they want to match the lucrative contract.

>> Bleacher Report's Mike Freeman reports that free agent quarterback Josh Freeman will work out for the New York Giants.

>> Former Atlanta Falcons safety Thomas Decoud has signed a two-year contract to stay in the NFC South with the Carolina Panthers.
