49ers Fan Wins #EsuranceSave30, 1.5 Million

Posted Feb 7, 2014

A 49ers fan was the big winner of #EsuranceSave30 and $1.5 million.

More than 3 million entries were turned in for Esurance's immensely popular Super Bowl ad campaign.

All you had to do was tweet "#EsuranceSave30" and you were automatically entered to win $1.5 million.

On Thursday night, John, a resident of Northern California, was announced as the big winner.

Even better, John was wearing a 49ers hat when a camera crew from the "Jimmy Kimmel Show" surprised him with the big news.

Unfortunately for 49ers players, they won't be taking home the big prize.
