San Francisco’s fifth all-time appearance on the national holiday will take place on Nov. 27 at Levi’s® Stadium, the franchise’s new billion-dollar home.

Two weeks later, the NFC West rivals will meet again in Seattle.

The National Football League’s regular season schedule announcement revealed the highly anticipated battles between last year’s NFC Championship game combatants.

The Thanksgiving kickoff between the last two NFC title holders, should easily be considered as one of the top games of the entire 2014 regular season.

The first noteworthy NFC West matchup between the rivals at 5:30 p.m. PT is one of four primetime games for the 49ers in 2014.

Following the first meeting, the 49ers will travel across the Bay Area to face the Oakland Raiders on Dec. 7 and then visit the Seahawks on Dec. 14.

San Francisco has not lost to Seattle at home with Jim Harbaugh as its head coach. The 49ers improved to 3-0 against Pete Carroll’s Seahawks at home with a 19-17 victory over Seattle last season. The 49ers were 0-2 at CenturyLink Field in 2013.

San Francisco has a 2-1-1 record on Thanksgiving Day and a 15-15 split record with Seattle in the franchise’s all-time series.
